How do I start investing in the stock market as a beginner?
Before you make any investing decision, sit down and take an honest look at your entire financial situation — especially if you’ve never made a financial plan before.
This is a Beginners’ Guide to get you started in stock market investing.
If you are going to buy a new car, you would normally do a lot of research. You wouldn’t buy a car that you didn’t fully look over and take for a drive. It’s the same way investing works.
As you learn more about the investment, you will want to see how past investors have done. It is indeed common sense.
Investing in the stock market and learning about it takes a lot of time. It is time spent well.
There are numerous books and websites on the topic and online courses that can help you get started.
To get a feel for how the stock market works, you can play it with fake money on the internet.
I don’t recommend it as emotions are part of stock market investing, and when not using real money, that’s element gets missed out. That, to me, is 50% of your learning process if you want to market stock market investing.
There are many other excellent ways to start learning about investing.
